These Terms & Conditions apply when you create an account with, or use, any of LiteLab Studio's apps: LiteManage, LiteRegister and LiteVRM. LiteLab Studio is operated by Chapter Two Trading FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").
Sections 1 to 10 apply to every app. Sections 11 (LiteManage), 12 (LiteRegister) and 13 (LiteVRM) add the rules for each app.
By creating an account or using an app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
LiteLab Studio's apps are for businesses and organisations, and the people they invite. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. If you create an account on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code; there is no password. The same number can log you in to every LiteLab Studio app you use. The owner of an account decides who is invited and with which role.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for keeping your login secure, and for anything done under your account by your staff. You must not use LiteLab Studio's apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disable them for others.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it's used, and how long it's kept. It forms part of these Terms.
Payments to us — LiteManage subscriptions, the multi-branch admin add-on and LiteRegister token packs — are processed through Stripe, or, if you bought through Whop, by Whop. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown on our pricing pages; where we have agreed a plan with you directly, what we agreed applies.
We aim to keep LiteLab Studio's apps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may change as the products develop.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity. We may deactivate accounts that have been inactive for a long time, after giving notice, as our Privacy Policy describes. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
LiteLab Studio's apps are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Chapter Two Trading FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of LiteLab Studio's apps will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will notify you and may require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the apps.
LiteManage is our app for service businesses: customers, appointments, reminders, a sales pipeline, quotes and tax invoices, payment tracking, products and stock, expenses and staff. It does not process payments: the payments you record in it are your own records.
Free trial. A new LiteManage business gets a 14-day free trial, with no card required. When the trial ends, the business can't be used until a package is chosen; nothing is deleted.
Packages and users. LiteManage is billed monthly by package, according to how many users you have. The packages, extra users and their prices are those shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. A user is anyone who signs in, including people you have invited who haven't signed in yet; outsourced staff who don't sign in are free, up to the number shown on our pricing page. If you have more users than your package covers, nobody loses access, but you can't add more users until you are within it.
Changing your package. You can change your package from the Plans page. A larger package, or more users, applies straight away and the difference for the current period is charged then. A smaller package starts at your next renewal, with no refund for the current period. The new package must cover the users you already have.
Billing currency. You are billed in AED when your account shows amounts in AED, and in USD otherwise.
Auto-renewal and cancellation. Your LiteManage subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown on our pricing page at renewal, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Plans page, or by contacting support. Cancelling does not end your access immediately — you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, then the subscription simply stops; no refund or partial-month credit is given for the unused portion. Your data is not deleted when a subscription is cancelled — it stays intact, and you can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
Multi-branch admin. If you own more than one business, you can add the multi-branch admin, billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page. It shows the LiteManage and LiteRegister businesses you link, read-only, once each business's owner accepts. You can cancel it at any time by contacting support; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Booking page. A LiteManage business can switch on a public booking page where people can ask it for an appointment or send it a question, without an account. The business is responsible for what it does with what they send, for answering them, and for its own obligations to them under privacy law; we process their details on the business's behalf, as our Privacy Policy describes. The page shows only the business's name and logo, the names of its active services, and the parts the business has switched on. We may limit or block submissions to protect the service from abuse.
Moving to LiteRegister. If you want to move a business between LiteManage and LiteRegister, contact support and we will move it. Your customers, staff, appointments and other business data stay as they are; only which features are enabled changes.
LiteRegister is our app for businesses that record each sale as it happens: a till on your phone, with expenses, staff, customers and appointments.
Tokens. New accounts receive 30 free tokens on signup. Unused free tokens expire 14 days after signup. Tokens you purchase never expire. One token is spent each time a sale is recorded; nothing else in the app consumes a token. See our Pricing page for current token pack prices and what happens when your balance reaches zero.
Your customers' payments. If you use LiteRegister to accept payments from your own customers, you connect your own Ziina account. Your customers' payments go to that account; we do not hold or process your customers' funds directly. If you need a different local payment gateway, you can request it through support and we will evaluate adding it.
Fair use. LiteRegister is provided for businesses that record their sales through the app. If an account uses LiteRegister without recording sales — for example, to manage customers, appointments or staff only — we may ask the account to move to LiteManage or to maintain a minimum level of paid usage, with reasonable notice. We will not suspend an account for this without first giving notice and a chance to respond.
LiteVRM is a digital visitor register for buildings. It is used by the organisation that runs a building's reception — a property owner, management company, or the building's own security team — and by the staff it invites. In this section, "the building" means that organisation.
Roles. The building decides why and how visitors are recorded, and is the controller of its visitor data. We process visitor data only on the building's behalf and on its instructions, which are given through how it sets up and uses LiteVRM, and through any data processing agreement signed with us. We do not use visitor data for any other purpose.
The building's responsibilities. The building is responsible for:
Our responsibilities. We keep visitor data confidential and secure, encrypt ID numbers, record management and support access so the building can see it, delete records at the end of the building's retention periods, and give the building the tools to answer visitors' requests. If a visitor contacts us directly, we pass the request to the building. Our support team accesses a building's visitor records only when needed to support it, read-only, and with a recorded reason.
Data processing agreement. A building or management company that needs a written data processing agreement can request one from support.
When access ends. If a building stops using LiteVRM, its visitor records remain subject to its retention periods and are deleted as they expire. The building is responsible for exporting any records it needs to keep before then.
